Chico Vina Fashion runs two certified garment factories in northern Vietnam — 15 production lines and around 600 workers producing blazers, coats, jackets and pants for global fashion brands.
Two specialized factories, one export partner
Our Ha Nam factory in Ninh Binh Province (15,000 m², 9 lines, ~350 workers) specializes in tailored blazers and coats, while our Hoa Binh factory in Phu Tho Province (5,000 m², 6 lines, ~250 workers) is dedicated to pants and skirts.
Both sites follow one quality system — 4-point fabric inspection on arrival, 100% inspection of semi-finished garments, needle control and AQL 2.5 final inspection — and hold WRAP Gold, SLCP Step 2, Higg FSLM and Higg FEM certification for social and environmental compliance.

ODM, FOB & CMT garment production
ODM
We propose materials and designs, develop samples and manufacture — a turnkey route for brands launching a new collection.
FOB / Full-package
You provide designs and tech packs; we source all fabrics and trims and deliver finished, export-ready garments FOB Vietnam.
CMT
You supply fabric and trims; we cut, make and trim to your specification with full in-house quality control.
